A range of registration options are available to suit both in-person and virtual attendees. In-person registrations include catering, networking opportunities, and full access to sessions, while virtual attendees can join via live stream and participate in Q&A.

Last Post Ceremony
The Australian War Memorial closes each evening with a Last Post Ceremony in the Commonwealth Area. The ceremony shared the story behind one of the names on the Memorial's Roll of Honour. More information about the Last Post Ceremony can be found here.

Terms and Conditions
All communication with registered delegates will be by email. All registrations will be sent a confirmation email and tax invoice within a few hours of submitting a registration form (please check your SPAM folder). If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, please advise Conlog of your new email address at awmconference@conlog.com.au
- All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to awmconference@conlog.com.au
- Any changes to your registration will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to awmconference@conlog.com.au
- If you are unable to attend the conference after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitute names are to be received via email to awmconference@conlog.com.au
- Please check all external provider terms and conditions, e.g accommodation, travel, airlines, when booking. Any external provider cancellations are at the discretion of the provider concerned.
- Registration cancellations received on/before Wednesday 19 August 2026 will receive a refund less an administration and cancellation fee of $110.
- Registration cancellations received on/after Thursday 20 August 2026 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee.
- Refunds will not be issued until after the conference.
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the conference.
- Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned. Please check the accommodation T&C's when booking
All payments must be received at the time of registering for the conference. A tax invoice will be sent via email with your confirmation of registration.
